Holiday Lasers on the Ore Dock

Starting Thanksgiving weekend, the popular Holiday Lasers on the Ore Dock returns for its fourth year. Thanks to Fresh Coast Light Lab, you’ll get to experience the Ore Dock in a whole new light as vibrant projections transform this iconic spot each Thursday through Saturday from 6 – 8 p.m. It’s a must-see if you’re wandering around downtown after dark this holiday season.
Oscillation – Interactive Art Installation
December 10 – January 5
Get ready to play with light and sound at Oscillation, a one-of-a-kind art installation coming to Marquette Commons. Supported by Marquette's Public Art Commission and designed by The Urban Conga, this interactive exhibit lets you create visual and auditory effects just by moving around the structure. It’s inspired by the theremin (that cool, hands-free musical instrument) and runs daily from December 10 through January 5. The best part? It’s free and open to all ages, so bring friends and family to experience it together.
Holiday Parade and City Tree Lighting

Mark your calendars for the Holiday Parade on December 13! Kicking off on Third Street, the parade will feature glowing floats, local carolers, and Santa himself. Afterward, head over to the Marquette Commons for the City Tree Lighting ceremony, complete with live music and holiday cheer. It’s a festive evening to gather with family and friends to soak up the season.
Holiday Fire Performance

Feel the heat this holiday season! Marquette's first professional fire troupe, the Lucid Fyre Bellators, lights up the Marquette Commons with a dazzling holiday-themed fire performance. Catch the magic from 8:15–8:45 PM.
Yule Market
